ON 26.05.2011 I HAD CANCELLED MY JOURNEY AND AIR TICKET BOTH THROUGH CALLING AIR-INDIA CUSTOMER CARE HELPLINE [protected].

AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION MESSAGE WAS GIVEN IN AIR INDIA SITE(PROOF IS KEPT WITH ME) IN CASE REFUND IS NOT GIVEN WITHIN 15 DAYS THEN SHOULD CALL AIR INDIA DELHI OFFICE[protected]/75) OR SEND MAIL AT mailto:[protected]@airindia.in

i HAVE CALLED MORE THAN 10 TIMES AND MAILED MORE THAN 5 TIMES BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR END.

NOW AROUND 3 WEEKS EXPIRED BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY SINGLE AMOUNT OF MY REFUND AMOUNT OF RS 11,622.00 AND NOT CREDITED TO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ON URGENT BASIS AS CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT IS LYING PENDING

Indian Airlines — Refund of Cancelled ticket not given

Dear Sir,
I have made a booking on 5 Jan2011 vide booking ID: [protected].This was a round trip ticket from Kolkata to PortBlair.My date of journey was:

I have traveled from Kolkata to Portblair but have cancelled the ticket from PortBlair to kolkata on 25th April.
As per AI cancellation rules I am expecting a refund after deducting 150 Rs.It has been a month now but still I am expecting refund.
When I am calling the Tele callers customer support they are saying that this ticket is not valid please contact city office and in city office they are saying that this is an online ticket so we won't be bale to help you out.
Please let me know what am i supposed to do now.Even the numbers they have given for refund information nobody picks those numbers and keeps on ringing.
