Please consider this as a complaint.

I regret to inform you that i am extremely dissatisfied with my unpleasant flight experience with your airline.

When boarding the plane we were greeted by a sulky female flight attendant who did not greet anyone. She seemed disgusted with passengers as if we were causing her inconvenience. She would look at your boarding pass then inform you of your seat number, in a snappy voice, while giving you a dirty look. No good morning, please or thank you! I was in disbelief!!

Before taking off, none of the flight attendants walked past passengers to check the seat belts were fastened. A while later, a flight attendant walked past with a tray selling cigarettes and perfumes. I tried to get her attention as i wanted to buy a perfume as a gift for my friend who was waiting for me at the airport. The female flight attendant didn't even look at me, let alone respond to my calls.

Finally, towards the end of the flight, i asked the sulky female if they had landing forms. She angrily replied "no", turned back and walked off leaving me speechless.

Just for the info, the flight attendant in question was the older out of the three female crew members, a female in her late thirties (Maybe fourty), who had brown eyes, black hair and had slight double chin.

If your staff had professional name badges, people wouldn't have to describe them physically.

My flight experience with your company was unpleasant, to say the least. I will never fly with airarabia again. My 5 family members are due to join me in morocco later this month, i decided to book their flight with an alternative company, even if that means we have to take a longer flight. Your staff seem to be untrained, rude and unprofessional.
