Airavat Bus KSRTC Complaints & Reviews

Bus no. Ka 01- f8452, timing : 19.44 date : 04.03.2018

As i and my friend where travelling from mysore to bangalore in this bus. The consuctor issued ticket of rs. 550. But in the ticket it was mentioned as rs. 2 x 260 = 520 + gst 26 rupees. But extra round of amount 4 was taken.
But one of co-passenger who took single ticket was charged rs. 260 + 13% gst round figure of rs. 270.

This is unfair to the passengers. And we have raised the issue. And wee need correct justice for this.

On dated 7.12.2015 I was travelling from Mysore to Ernakulam through ksrtc Airavata bus, bus number KA-F4695, started by 6.30 pm. After gundlepet stop I kept my laptop bag on inside luggage carrier, while I reached Ernakulam my bag was not there in the place where I placed, confirmed someone stollen my laptop and other valuable things. As usual comments I only the person should take care of my belongings, but it was night/long journey, passengers will be in sleeping mode. One thing I noticed in Calicut stop, bus door was open up to 30 minutes and both conductor and driver were not in bus, also there is no cctv or other security features available in bus. My lost things details : HP I7 laptop white color, gold bangle 2 nos and Gold ring (up to 22 grams), Samsung mobile s2 white color, Nokia basic set, specs tommy hiller, hard disc 500 gb and usb 5 nos etc. I have reported police complaint in maradu police station Ernakulam, my kind request to ksrtc Airavata bus to support travelling passengers by providing maximum safety from theifs during journey hours.
