The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Hi
I had reachered with Rs 44/- to get 1GB night date pack ( 12AM to 6AM) on 24 December. Amount was deducted but I did not get the benefit. Spoke to customer 1 CC executive, Ahmed & Fouzia and I got 2 different reason. Please can help to get my money back. I have told them to the complaint but they said it's no use.

Have bought 4 connections from aircel for me, wife, son& daughter minimum billing Rs.200/- pm but every month bill has come to me minimum 600 to 1800 have inquired they confirmed that they charged for data usage... end of t he month only they will arrive the bill... even though they have given ceiling limit of Rs.500/- but charged almost 3000 every month for invariable. Based on this problemhave requested to convert the post paid to prepaid...
