My Airtel Wynk Music hellotune is not refreshing due to which I faces error in setting up other hellotune...Since 2 days it just refreshing Kindly help me out...I have to change my hellotune.....

Wynk is free for airtel users. Till yesterday I have been downloading songs and now suddenly i m not able to download any songs. Everytime I try to download the subscription page for wynk is shown whereas it's free for airtel users. I tried reinstalling the app still no use. I tried contacting them through wynk's help and support section didn't receive any response from them. Half of my downloaded songs are shown as unfinished downloads and...
