Dear friends. I am one of aishwarya grand hill, mandur customer abandoned by sudhakar and gang. Now phase 3 (Survey no. 13 & 14/2) applications are under processing for loan in lichfl jp nagar office. I have sent a complaint by email to jp nagar lichfl office regarding the pathetic condition of his previous projects and phase 1 and 2. Now aishwarya homes office is permanently shut and does not exist at all. However sudhakar keeps issuing cash receipt in old address (Vyalikaval) and the same is shown in agreement. Sudhakar also refused to disclose his and nataraj residential addresses. These two are only available over phone. Neither office nor the land owner nataraj available at vyalikaval address. Their business deals appear highly suspicious. Under these circumstances how lichf is entertaining this realters. I requested lichfl jp nagar to verify the addresses and antecedent and reconsider the decision regarding financial assistance. If we all put pressure on lic then sudhakar will come to our terms. Together we can achieve. Please all whoever affected by sudhakar and gang, write to [protected]@lichousing.com. And mark a cc to corporate office, [protected]@lichousing.com. The area manager is new and unaware of sudhakar & gang track records. I hope sending an email will not take much time and please do it immediately. I have already sent an email. This will definitely shake sudhakar and gang. Sudhakar called me from lichfl jp nagar office and asked me to convince the lichfl manager. I refused to do so. Please everybody send email to area manager. Lichfl jp nagar. Pl. Inform to your friends who think affected/cheated by aishwarya homes sudhakar/nataraj, etc. This is the right time to raise our voice. Thanks.

Given wrong information of all the coach number display at platform no. 1 of train no. 22110, train name. Nzm ltt ac exp., dated 11.02.2015.
Our seat is in coach b2, and i am standing as the information display at platform, but when train came instead of coach b2 place coach b10 came, and train stop at agc only for 1 minute, i had six seats, in coach b2.
1 are senior citizen and all other are ladies.
Because of the wrong information i had to carry all luggage from coach b10 to coach b2, in this circumstances i had loss 2 luggage on station only.
So i had request you to take strict action against these sleeping lazy staff of raliway persons.
I already made complaint in compaint book provided in train to tc, and he had also given me acknowledgement receipt no. 214678, dated 12.02.2015.

So i request your goodself to do the needfull as soon as possible.

100% Aishwarya Homes cheating its customer. Aishwarya Homes is saying, it is completed 10 years in the field. As long as you catch innocent people you can survive more than what you mentioned. They are planning Grand hill phase3, Phase4 and so and so. Dear buyers, these builders are cheating many customers like, by not registering the sites, by asking more additional money, by not developing the layout as per plan, by committing something at the beginning and giving shocks at the time of registration. Aishwarya Homes says that whatever complaints you see on net they are all solved and they are bogus don’t believe them. But actually they are very true and many are suffering from them. I will give more details and very intelligent sales team members who can cheat you in professional way in my next complaints

We are a strong team of 30-40 agrieved individuals from Survey No.89, 91 (totally 55 sites) in Aishwarya Aeroroyal, Project on IVC Road Devenahalli. These 2 survey number for around 8 acres are under deep litigation. The original SC/ST land owners are reclaiming the land and the AC order has been secured by the villagers with titles in favour of them.
