I had also paid ₹2.4 lakhs to Aishwarya Developers in 2006 For Aerozona Project near Bangalore International Airport. After V. Bhaskar reddy was arrested by CCB his office was ceased and currently permanently closed. some new tech company has rented out that place. have been struggling to track case but no result found. As per CCB advice on given dates had attended two hearings in court but V . Bhaskar reddy did not appear in court hence did not see any progress.

Understand he is on bail and is in some where in AP, on the online portal also this case is not listed hence unable to get or monitor case history.

I booked a 30 x40 site at Royal County near Yelwal some 3 years back. The contact person was Mr. Namdev Ganesh. I also paid 1/3 of the site amount. They started with 6 months paln whoich was getting extended . They were just giving excuses like Real estate business downtime, priority for Royal enclave (now I undsertsand even these applicants have been cheated) etc

I waited for almost 18 months and applied for cancellation...
