The clock turns upside down and shows the time upside down

I purchased Ajanta Digital wall clock. It got out of order in 6 months. I searched for Service Centre but could not find any. My complaint is that how is company selling watches and giving warranty without having any service centre in India. This is a case of blatant cheating.

Two pendulum musical clock with miracle I in the last week we tested for one week music waves in the night as well and miracle ise not working so could you please help me to fix that issue thank you...

Not working since day 1... Concerned about quality of ajanta looking for a brand name when others were available at a cheaper cost.

I have a wall digital watch i purchase before 3yers now till your this product is so good no any problem for me but some days before watch automatically disturb when electricity gone watch is off but electricity comes watch not start again only on - off.
I try to repair this watch but no any shop keeper redy to repair i don't understand what i do

My younger brother aged 9 pointed out a mistake in the silent silky move pendulum wall clock. Instead of marking iv (4) it is marked as iiii. He is very exicted and happy about the fact that he was able to point out a mistake which we adults couldn't make out over years. I would be highly obliged if you reply this would mean the world to him. Please do the needful. Thank you!

I had purchased an Ajanta wall clock model olc 106 from WQT watch shop on 6-aug-17 9pm

on same day night 6-aug-17 10pm at my home i noticed the watch is defective with below problems
1. minute led light not working.
2. no batter back up by emergency cells
inbulit.
3.Temperature monitoring led fluctuating the number continuously .
4. i noticed on cover He sold 2012 model watch editing to MAY 2017 (OLD STOCK)

next day i returned him watch saying above problems i noticed to shop owner now he forcing me to take another model which costs 1800 rps, i request you please take necessary action on shop and its owner

My self arvind zipru khandare. I purchased (Ajanta olc-103 black wall clock) from date of 30 june 2016 (Vijay time center, 72 golani market, jalgaon-422001) but it will not work properly. Mean their time and date not matching. I had servicing that watch but it not work's. (Do servicing upto 3 times) date - 14/10/2016.
I have recit of that watch.
So i request you please give me my money or please replace my clock.
Bcoz i am tired about my watch.

I had purchased an Ajanta wall clock model 347 from Abirami Times (Global Watch Show Room), Sivakasi, TamilNadu, India on 2/06/2015 vide Bill No. 694.

It worked only for the 12 month. After that it stopped working.

If i ask the seller, there is no response.

I think the seller is selling the duplicate ajanta product at their shop.

I request the Ajanta Clocks to look into this matter and make arrangement to check the product selling at the above said dealer.

I had purchased an Ajanta wall clock model 487 about two year back from Durgesh Watch Co Patiala ( distributor Dhawan co Patiala). About a year back its glass had broken which could not be replaced by the seller i.e. Durgesh Watch Co due to non availability, in spite of repeated visits to the shop for last one year. The clock is lying un used. I request the Ajanta Clocks to make arrangement to replace the glass so that the clock can be used. My phone no is - [protected].

Hello everyone, In 2013 we supplied raw materials to this company of approx value 30 lakhs, after repeated calls and Reminders they gave cheques which have bounced though we have filed cases against them, but as we know the judicial system of india, this will take time, and as for their owners, they are least bothered to even pick up their phones . i bought ajanta wall clock 6 months ago it was going well but when i put it into sunlight for 15 minutes approx it was melted i did not believe that this product is so bad but if i do not get any response then it will harmful for your company thanks i think i will get response soon my mobile number [protected]

Dear Sir, i purchased a ajanta musical wall clock model no. 2067 from your dealer. Ms. Santosh Watch & Sewing Machine Co. 158, Chandpole Bazar Jaipur on 8/11/2013. vide Bill No. 2116 dated 8/11/2013. The MIRACLE EYE SYSTEM of the clock is not functioning since the date of purchase. The matter was reported to the dealer but he refused to replace the clock and said that the Company is manufacturing the model in which EYE MIRACLE SYSTEM is non effective and the clock strikes even in night also. I also like to mention here that i had purchased a musical wall in past also in which the EYE MIRACLE SYSTEM was working and the clock was not striking in night/in darkness. please advice me suitably and confirm the contents of dealer. I purchsed agrandfather clock made by Ajanta Clocks, Morbi Gujarath with a MRP of Rs. 28, 000/- in Oct 2006 from their dealer at Belgaum, Karnataka.
It had a warranty of one year.

within two months it stopped giving hour chimes. The dealer tried to repair twice but to no avail. I have sent many letters during warranty period. No action.

Even after spending such a fabulous amount I end up with a substandard product.
