Why this company bring down to my cibil its just 20 rupess only even they not informed me about 20 rupess

According to report submitted to CIBIL by Akara Cap that they have issued a loan of Rs 3300 to me on 16-Mar-21 with Customer / account ID : 2914169,

kindly note that I hv not applied for such loan nor that amount of Rs. 3300 has been deposited in my any account, they have reported to CIBIL that i am not paying their EMI's and they have filed a Suit against me .

kindly resolve this asap
