Respected Sir, I'm tired and mentally disturbed by the company stashfin. Now they have crossed the limits and sending me cheap illegal repayment reminder messages on my WhatsApp number, i have no job at this moment but they are not going to understand. As per the last discussion i already explained that I will clear the due amount in the month of March ending but still they are not listening at all. Should I attempt suicide myself, there is no humanity for the loyal people.

I had taken 80, 000 loan but they are showing 2 loans of 80, 000 and interests and other charges amounting to 3.5 lakhs. They have updated my cibil with fraud details and I want to sort it out. KIndly help.

My self Mr murali I took loan from stashfin Rs 12000 in that I received Rs 9000 to my bank account and I maid repayment of Rs 23000 and I settled my loan amount but in cibil showing me to pay Rs 20000 and loan account is in active after 4 months also ... my loan account no is 4210502 .

We Madam/Sir,

I want to raise a dispute against AKARA FINANCIAL PVT. LTD. COMPANY as they have provided WRONG information about personal Loan taken by me dated 15/03/2021 as per their records. I have never applied and not raises any Loan from them. I don't know that where is their office and financial providers.

I tried so many times to track there's address but can't trace in any way. My record was used by any person to raise a personal loan of Rs 6900/ during 15/03/2021 which is reflects in my CIBIL reports as per information provided by you also which is not correct✅.

Sir, if you have address and contacts of AKARA FINANCIAL PVT. LTD Company please provide me so that I can reach to them and can make enquiries about this personal loan raised by any fraud department/person by using my personal email id and PAN details online.

I raised a ticket for email ID change on Stashfin which is provided by Akara Capital Advisors Private Limited but it's still not changed. Repayment done one month ago but still suit filled in credit report. I need NOC in my new email ID but they are not changing my email ID and no customer care to contact them. I want this to resolve fast.

and its specially mentioned suit filed in my account.

Now i request you to please provide me waived amount for cibil clearance

I taken loan in starfin, but I can't repay the amount due to some issues in this system. After few days from customer service called me to repay the amount. I said the problem faced by me to repay the loan and he cleared my problem. I repay the amount but it is not reflected in my credit score. It showing outstanding amount due to me. What's wrong with this? Y it's not reflecting in my credit report.

There is a false entry on Cibil showing by the name Akara Capital Advisors Limited which I am not aware of it & shocked to see the sanction amount of 175500 & current balance of 25999. Please close my account since its affecting my credit & mental health.

I am P K SAINUL ABID, I applied a loan from stashfin but there is a issue with that the said amount or disbursed amount I didn't get it. In that stashfin app it is showing that to pay due. You have to take an immediate action. It is effecting on my CIBIL or credit score. I want to know the further procedure against this type of payment failure. Kindly take it serious and do the needful. Send me the personal number...
