Closing loan account and update cibil

I allready close my loan but my cibil show the loan is active and file suit. So please close my loan account and update to my cibil immidiatly.

Akara Capital Advisors Private Limited (stashfin) Removed suit filled from my Cibil report & also overdue amount immediately

I had taken the loan, repaid it and also got "No Due Certificate" and "No Objection Certificate" by mail from concert company but So far, the company has made all dues from Aguest 2021 and january 2022have not reported and updated all CIBIL chips from CIBIL companies, As a result, Experian, CRIF Highmark, Equifax have been "suit filled" in cibil and also showing some overdue amounts.Please request you to get rid of suit filed from my cibil's kisi report and chir reports as soon as possible. I am attaching both the relative documents under below:-

I will clear all outstanding and akara capital already give me NOC, But Akara capital (STASHFIN) not update my civil report.
Already many time send email but akara capital not revert any mail.
