I have taken a loan from this institute from post covid pandemic. I failed to repay in meantime. but after I lend money from my relatives I paid their amount. their executive told me he/she will write off my account on behalf of me. so I have to take no tension about it. now while I am facing my credit score is affecting me because of them. please help me out

Akara capital (Stasfin) loan has been closed last year itself but still its showing i tried contacting them from many sources but no response kindly solve this i have also raised a complaint on them

And i have not even took loan for 3 lakh or 4 lakh

I have attached my app screenshot proof and also amount which was last debited

So much fake and spoiled my cibil
