I An agent from StashFin which comes under Amara Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd, spoke to me on call saying he has a credit card offer of 2, 90, 000/- & I said yes but then only 30, 000/- should up in the registered StashFin app as availability on askin he said currently that’s approval later it will increase but till date I did not use for which I would have had to load my card with the limit available which I didn’t then on 10th April he called me back & said limit is approved took my upi and added 30k to my card saying the approved limit of 2, 11, 000/- will get updated and the 30, 000/- will go back to the limit and total limit will become 2, 41, 000/- but till date it’s not happening and he claims daily within 2-3 hours it will happen or within few hours check your app all rubbish reasons and now not picking call fraudster but I’m getting msgs from StashFin that the amount of 30k will get debited as emi from May 1st though the amount is not used and only loaded in card because it’s their policy used or not pay complete bill or else emi for so many months & no option of pre-closure.

i have taken a loan on amount of Rs 3825..where i have on instalments..due to great loss on my bussiness...for covid..still now i cnt get up from finance.. where i paid all the emi n some penalty.. total Rs 7800. n told me they will waived off my penalty...
n msg me.. n call me about legal action or sonething else.. n i have all the records.. n evythnk.

I Anirban Baidya take a loan rs 9000 from Stashfin App . unfortunately i was deafult my loan but after that i paid the full amount with penalties which will be rs 11762 at 24 September 2021 . but when i open my credit history (Experion) there i see i already have a loan from that concern which will be rs 28000 . i want an solution because for that company my credit score will be lowe at 117 point and i am not eligible for a loan

I BRIJESH KUMAR RAY HAS TAKEN LOAN FROM AKARA CAPITAL ADVISORS PVT. LTD ON DATED -8/02/2020 LOAN AC-1827985 .

I have deposited my all EMI but still arrear is showing in CIBIL report .

I have attached my CIBIL report for your reference. Shows Over due amount-3117 .

Kindly clear it as soon as possible its effecting my CIBIL.
