1.some animated lessons are missing to solve that till now they didn't solve and says they will call and solve I made calls for them to solve nearly 6 times norespone
2. The person who told take me this course said that class 11 th online classes will be also available but it's not
I think the money waste I want to cancel my course and withdrawal of money I paid

Was purchased the product two months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ms swapna contact but she told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 8000 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount

One education councellor visited our place by saying that thru school league my child has received scholarship. They take my child test for discount. According to my child score they told us that your registration fees is 81000 . We could not afford this amount. We told them to reduce fee. The councellor reduced our fee from 81000 to 75000.He told us that there were many live session on their app and there were many weekly and monthly test too. We gave him 5000 cash for registration ge told us that your study materials are delivering soon. After the problem in first sd card they send us second sd card after one month . After starting aap there were no live classes. When we told about this to councellor he said that you were registered for recorded classes.
