non refund of security money on IPTV connection

As per my request, the IPTV connection on my BSNL land line no[protected] was disconnected on 28/07/2010. The company representative collected back their installed materials and issued a printed recipt promising refund by cheque within 15 days. My personal contacts with four of the company's representatives, e-mail to the company and a Regd. AD letter to the company's chairman have yielded no results. I have not received the...

very very poor service and not refunding the security money

dear sir/mam
i got my 2 iptv connections (id-aooe6134 ,id-aoo661af)on my no.[protected]in 23 june 2009,but from the very first day i have been facing problems in it.various times i have made a complaint to there costomer care but they r not responding properly.and during this period i also wasted my recharge of rs.600/- that they made in the beginning,then after a month i put an application for its disconnection but they didnt disconnected...

Non refund of Security Deposit by Aksh Optifibre even after cancellation after 3months

I had opted for the MTNL/Aksh Optifibre IPTV services on 19th Jan'2009 and disconnected the same on 31st Jan' 2009 after 13 days of installation due to bad services. However inspite of following up Aksh Optifibre till now even after 3 months of disconnection I have still not been refunded my Security deposit of Rs. 999/- till now.
