Al Mas Cargo Sharjah Complaints & Reviews

We had sent a cargo from UAE to India on 14th April. They had said it would be delivered in max 40 days. Even after 50 days, cargo is not delivered yet. They say it’s in customs clearance. That’s the same thing they say to everyone, we understood from Google reviews. Pathetic service. Our tracking number 47840.

My brother and family had contracted M/s. Al Mas Cargo to ship our household goods from UAE to Bangalore, India in 20 foot container. We had been informed that the goods would be safe since it will be exclusively our goods I'm the container which will come to Chennai and then by road to the dry port in Bangalore. However we have been made to understand that the goods were shipped along with the goods of other clients leading to beakage/loss of our valuables. As we know the goods were shipped to Kochi and not to Chennai. We request the authorities to look into this matter and prevent such issues to other consumers also.

This cargo company is running only to loot peoples money, they don't care abot service. People should think twice to send the goods through this company. Faced below issue.
1- Collection was done after 2 days, not as promised. Luckily i still had one day left to fly to India. They are least bothered what you are going.
2- Delivery was received after almost 75days although it was told 35days at the time of collection. After several follow ups received partial items in 3 deliveries,
3- Received delivery with alomost 50% items damaged . Very bad handling.
Complaint was raised with them about damaged itemson 12th Jan' 21, shipment was collected on 18th Oct'20.
From Jan until April they just kept delaying with one or the other excuse, they are checking with the trasporter, check with the manager - Mohammed Ali ( Sharjah) who is never available not sure if anybody exists as they are not allowing to speak to this person.
After several follow ups they are now blaiming the transporter in India that they are not acepting on this hence they can't do anything.
Such a cheap company, they charge you even for packaging of furniture etc but when you goods are damaged they just get away that its not their fault.
I'm suprised how this kind of companies are still running by looting their customers.
Made serious mistake of not checking online reviews.
If you value you things than better avoid sending your stuff through Al Mas Cargo. Not at worth!!!

I parvez Batliwala Handover my cargo to almas cargo on[protected] via consignment no 26437.As promise it has to be delivered maximum 40 days not it is almost 50 days and delivery has not been done
After giving several call either there is no reply or there is no satisfactory reply .If cargo is not deliver within these week I will make official complain with sharjah police as well as Chennai police as well as on social media please see to it it is delivered before 13 sept 2020

I have a bad experience with al mas cargo service who have offices in both qatar & uae. I had shifted my all house hold items with al mas cargo at june 2017 from uae to egypt. They charged more money for that. Even though i paid full amount at one time payment. After many more followups after two months sep 2017 and they have not delivered my things to egypt. But all items was missed. I have been asked many more times about personal goods....

This is totally fraud company, unprofessional and false commitment to the client. I was told the cargo would be delivered within 45 days to india. It's been six month now I have no idea what this people have done with my cargo. Hundreds of email I have sent no response, calling up the office from last six month non of the person update me on the goods status. Every time they tell, you are not the only customer we have 100 of customer who's goods have not delivered since year.
What can you expect from such company, I would say government o[censored]AE should stop such fraud business.

I Mohammad Jawed from, Sharjah handover my households cargo to Al Mas cargo for Dhanbad India on 26/01/2016 almas cargo staff promised me to deliver whitin 30 to 35 days India but now over 49 days completed still his cargo is not received & always the Al Mas Cargo there is no reply from Al mas cargo is this a prompt service ?

ALMAS CARGO IS A FRAUD CO, THEY HAVE DAMAGED AND LOST MOST OUR CONSIGNMENT . THEY USED OPEN TRUCKS TO CARRY OUR EXPENSIVE FURNITURES AND OTHER EXPENSIVE HOUSE HOLD ITEMS THE CARGO IS RAIN DAMAGED, BROKEN, STOLEN, LOT OF ITEMS ARE MISSING . AL MAS CARGO SHOULD BE IMMD BLACK LISTED AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSST WORTHY .

This company should be black listed immd and no one should use the service of al mas cargo
