Alankit Ltd. had taken the token amount of 45000 for providing PAN NSDL services, but from the last two years during covid time there tendor has been cancelled and they are not returning my token amount. Please help me to provide that amount from Alankit.

Long time back in 2004 i had opened a demat account with m/s alankit assignments ltd which had been closed by me in 2008. Thereafter since 2008 i have got no communication and message from the company regarding any balance o/s in the said account but now suddenly from 6 to 7 months the company is sending me a message on my mobile number that there id a outstanding balance in your demat account of rs. 3047.18. They people are sending me this balance every month after adding some amount in it. To know about the same two - three months back i spoke in the office of the company to inquire about balance in my account despite of the fact that i had closed the account in 2008, they people told me that your account is still opened and not closed then i asked them if my account is not closed why after passing of more than 10 years you have come out with this charges and before that you have not even made any communication on my my mobile and postal address which is still the same as it was before 10 years but they did not give any convincing reply for the same and the message is still coming with outstanding balance.

Hi i applied for the pan card by agent on 22th march march but still i did not received even pan number when i m trying to contact in alankit office or by those number the given on acknowledgement number they gives me worst response they have sense how to deal with customers and their problems. So kindly help me me issue pan number as soon as possible.

i have got a message that my pan is created and the PAN number is BKJPK9675H. After getting this message and confirming it at the income tax site,i tore my application reciept i got from Alankit in hope that my PAN will be recieved shortly.
but its been 25 days and i did not get my PAN card yet.
please look into the matter.
i dont have my application number but i can give the information regarding my application if it helps.

my pan card ...ack no-[protected] has been issued on 1-9-08, till date it not been been dispatched, ..n not beven any notice been sent ...please dispatched in as soon as possible ...my salary is been droped by company .so please do it as soon as possible...
