COMPANY: Alaya by stage 3
ORDER 138905 was placed for an exchange on 12th January. In spite of me repeatedly calling and requesting for express shipping, the product only got picked up on 15th Jan! I am leaving the country on 24th Jan, and requested you guys to send me the new product before that. But now, I called the customer line and the lady says they will only receive the old product on 23/24th, because it is through a 3rd party.
Where is that mentioned in your website? That exchange will take 20-30 days to be processed.
None of this is my concern, because I have been telling them since day 1 that I am leaving the country and there is nobody here to collect it. And then I asked for a refund, but apparently their company does not provide refunds, how very convenient!
So I requested for an early dispatch of the new product, the one with a bigger size (size L) that was originally requested for. They cannot do that as well because they have to follow the procedure of quality check after getting the old product on the 23rd!
Essentially, what they have done is -
Picked up the old product, not delivered the right product and also not given me a refund. THIS IS THEFT, as per Indian Consumer Rights.
I am left with NO OTHER CHOICE but to take this up legally with the company and also head to social media to share my terrible experience with Alaya. If you see their social media (Instagram + Twitter) innumerable cases of the same thing! so many customers have been ripped off by them.

Not giving back the refund

I ordered a dress from Alaya by stage 3 and had second thoughts the minute I ordered. So, I called them up to cancel the order, and asked for the refund, the same day.
They're not picking up calls. Not giving any answers to messages or mails and even calls. I want my refund back. The order was order #133081
The customer service is terrible, I have to call endlessly for my own money.
