The Constellation Vitrectomy System broke down in the middle of a surgery. The technical team cited lame excuses to avoid attending the call because of coronavirus. The patient lost his eye. The machine started functioning when we opened it and checked its connections. However, the technical team told us it will never function without chaning the module. PROVIDENT FUND NOT RECEIVED
Dear sir/madam,
This is to bring to your notice that even after completion of almost one and half year still I have not received my settlement nor provident fund from the company.I have once again sent the copies of pf withdrwal forms with cc to commssioner office at regional pf office at bangalore also.kindly help me out in disbursement of my pf along with interest.
