I HAD BOOKED A PLOT AT HARIDWAR THRU "ALKA INDIA (P) LTD."AND PLAN TO CANCELLED DUE TO FALSE PROMISES OF THE BUILDER. BUILDER HAS GIVEN ME THE CHEQUE OF ICICI BANK WHICH GOT BOUNCED. FROM BANK I CAME TO KNOW THAT ALREADY SO MANY CHEQUES GIVEN BY THE BUILDER ALSO GOT BOUNCED.
PL.HELP ME HOW I CAN GET MY AMOUNT BACK FROM THE BUILDER.

Cheque bouncing case
