I HAD BOOKED A PLOT AT HARIDWAR THRU "ALKA INDIA (P) LTD."AND GOT IT CANCELLED DUE TO SOME REASONS.BUILDER HAS GIVEN ME THE CHEQUE OF ICICI BANK WHICH GOT BOUNCED. FROM BANK I CAME TO KNOW THAT ALREADY SO MANY CHEQUES GIVEN BY THE BUILDER ALSO GOT BOUNCED. PL.HELP ME HOW I CAN GET MY AMOUNT BACK FROM THE BUILDER. THANKS Was this information helpful? | |

I am also one of the victim of alka india private limited. Now it is almost 9 month since i cancelled the plot booking with them. Since then i am bagging for my money. Can any one help ...

LAST YEAR WE GOT THREE CHEQUES FROM ALKA INDIA PVT. LTD. AGAINST THE CANCELLATION OF THE THREE PLOTS AND ALL CHEQUES WERE BOUNCED. WE HAD FILED THE CASE ON ALKA INDIA PVT. LTD. IN KARKARDOOMA COURT. IF ANYONE ALSO CHEATED BY ALKA INDIA PVT. LTD. CAN MAIL ME [protected]@hotmail.com

My cheque also got bounced 1.5 yrs ago. Legal case going on at Rohini court. no body from Alka has ever attended the case. if any body can resolve will be suitably rewarded. RC

Hi I am also victim of Mr. Rattan Lal M D of Alka India Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi who gave lolipop for res.plots in tridev City Hardwar, but instead of giving plot he delivered cheques that too we bounced and than he went for sanyaas by leaving the inverstors at their own luck. Please advise me the court dates alongwith the name of courts at delhi so that we can get the arrest warrant delivered as he has been declared as P.O.
