Hi,
I am Rajesh Shukla from Mira road (Mumbai). I purchased a car from one of the dealer of All India Car Dealer Association (AICDA, Delhi) in April 2014. I have done full payment along with transfer charges to dealer but RC is not transferred on my name till now.
