All Private Buses In Punjab Complaints & Reviews

M name is jasvir traveling from patiala to bhadson today morning this bus name is khatra ( patiala to Ludhiana) departure time from patiala busstand is 7:45 this bus conductor has taken 40 rupee from patiala to bhadson distance from From patiala to bhadson is 28 km according to to charge is nearly 35 rupee secondly he didn't provide me ticket and same he did with other passengers too. Kindly look into matter

I want to bring to your kind notice that i travelled in private bus no. 19h 6681 along with my family on18 feb, 2018. This bus reached to moga bus station at 14:40. We were charged 20rupess extra overall. When we asked the conductor about increase fare. He said bus fare have been increased. So they are charging more. After 10 mintues a bus checker came to check the tickets. When we asked him about fare. He said fare have increased a day before yesterday but we have started charging today only. When we told them to complaint about them, they laughed and said do as you wish. While on returning back, our bus fare was normal as usual. So hereby i request you to take an action against them.

I would like to complain against all the private buses. I am doing daily up down from Katani Kalan (Ludhiana) to Mohali. The private buses like Syndicate, Jhujhar bus service and New Fatehgarh etc are the cause of major harassment for the passengers. They guys do the overloading of buses i am not sure about the number of allowed passengers in a bus but they guys allow more 100 passengers approximately. They ask passengers to stand up in 2-3 rows in parallel. They don't even care about girls and their language is highly rude. They ask for congested travelling otherwise to get out from the bus.
Instead of this the drivers present a bare example of rash driving. No rule is followed by them.
Instead of this they guys have 2 boards one for Mohali and one for Chandigarh. Various people sit in the buses by thinking that these buses will drop them in Chandigarh bus stand but these guys ask them to come out in mohali and send them in auto rikshaw or texi. Which creates major harassment for ladies, old men etc. I guess no private bus owners owns the permit to enter in Chandigarh.

Instead of private buses if we talk about Govt. Buses then they guys are also not lagging behind in harassing people. Mostly they guys deny for the various bus stops which are even fed in their ticketing machines. Mostly they do not stop tbe buses over their too. There is an Engg. College near to my stop mostly the bus conductors do not want the pass holder passengers in their buses so due to this fact also they do not stop the buses.
One more issue with Govt. Buses is various dhabhas coming on the way. Don't know why but driver and conductor prefer to take breakfast/lunch/dinner on these dhabhas instead of taking meals at Bus stands. Which adds additional delay in the total travelling time.
I am having an eye on all this from last approx. 10 years but nothing is improved, no advancement is done yet.
