Allied Professional Movers And Packers Complaints & Reviews

Allied people came to my house to do packing on 16th jan 2022 and told my things will be delivered till 18th evening(From Bhyander Mumbai To Jodhpur Rajasthan)Before that the person who came to check the items told that bill will be 14k total now after taking my household things then he is saying it's 19k(Even though he saw each and evry item) then when i told I'm unemployed and lost my job that's why moving to Jodhpur Rajasthan They Made it 18k Now Till Current Time They Are Not Picking Up My Calls Nor Giving Me Location And Number Of The Driver Who Is Bringing My Things. I'm The Sole Person Working Because My Father Expired Last Year And Mother Is Heart Patient So Please 🙏 Please🙏 Please🙏 I request You To Help Me Out.

The deal was set with allied professional movers and packers (Ashok & vikas) as such:
1. No. Of materials to be packed and sent - 8
2. The disassembling, packing for pick up and unpacking & fitting during deleivery would be done in same package.
3. Amount decided inclusive of gst and insurance (50000/-) was 28000/- inr
4. Material would be packed on 28th and post 7 days i. E 4th or 5th nov'18 material would be delivered.
5. Payment terms were 1000/- for inital booking rest amount 80% to be paid after pick up and 20% at the time of delievery.

Issues:
1. No. Of materials to be packed and sent - 6 (Into 28 packs after diassembling
2. The disassembling, packing for pick up and unpacking was done & fitting during deleivery was not done. I had to pay extra 4000/- for the unloading
3. Amount decided inclusive of gst and insurance (50000/-) was 28000/- inr - since the 2 packs were not able to be packed by the movers and packers they reduced the amount to 26000/- but added 4500/- gst and avoided insurance amount from the previous bill. Hence the bill amount was 30500/- instead of 26000/-
Hence in total i had to pay extra - 8500/-
4. Material would be packed on 28th and post 7 days i. E 4th or 5th nov'18 material would be delivered. - no docket no for tracking was received evn after continous follow ups. They lied that material has reached the mangalore go down only after full payment they would release the material (Which was not as decided as per 80-20 payment term). Post full payment they again lied that the material would be delierved on 8th nov'18. After continuos follow ups finally received call from driver saying he had started from mumbai on 7th nov'18 and will reach on 10th nov'18.
5. Payment terms were 1000/- for inital booking rest amount 80% to be paid after pick up and 20% at the time of delievery. - here anyways i had to pay 100% to get the material as soon as possible but post material delievery i did not get any fitters or unloaders from movers and packers hence had to do all by myself. Paying extra 4000/- for the unloaders (Kerala union labours), fitting was done by myself hence i could save that money on me.
6. Contact info was ashok - [protected] and vikas - [protected]. - sadly one of the worst service from allied professional movers and packers would not recommend this company to anyone at all even in my worst nighmare. Also had a sound of hooliganism from these guys during followups.
