Good day sir, I had ordered your product through naaptol.com n I got a defective piece, the water is leaking from the hose connect, I had returned the product twice but m receiving the same defective piece again n again, kindly resend a new product free of defects asap...

I purchased through online a Silai Machine from Naaptol on 2/08/2015. its working very nice still now.

sudden from yesterday (8/8/2015) onwards it is stoped to work.

so i want to know what i have to do now.
