Very Poor service

The service is very poor of AM Hyundai, Bye Pass Road Jammu and for the sale office at Gandhi Nagar. I had purchased a vehicle santro JK02CJ 2520 in 2020 from AM hyundai Gandhi Nagar, Jammu . Firstly after a year i went to gandhi nagar office for renewal of insurance policy but despite my vist i had to renew the insurance policy from sri ram insurance as staff did not respond in-scortching heat. Besides, when i filed a claim on 9th of sugust 2018, it was simply a change of bumper but on the one pretext or another they are not giving vehicle after 20 days. It is totally harassment from hyundai AM and their functioning at Jammu. Please take necessary action.

I booked hyundai elite i20 asta 1.2vtvt on 7-3-2018, and paid rs.10, 000 in advance, as was suggested by the showroom to put the car on hold, available in their stock.
I was supposed to get my car on 9-3-2018.
On 9-3-2018, i went to the showroom with my friends and family members, but they (Showroom) told me that they don't have the said car in stock and i have to wait for a week.
They even tried to sell me other model which was near about 1lakh more expensive than the one i booked.
They behaved so casually, as if it was nothing. They mentally, emotionally humiliated me in front of my friends and family.
Buying a car is not just a cup of tea for a middle class family. It's one of those dreams we work for hard.
Please help me in this regard.
