We called service centre of AM India Service.co for AC repair, they responded and sent a person named Arfath. He checked the AC and acted as if he is repairing and said we need a thermoset for AC and took 7000/- rupees from us saying that he'll order it the next day and bring it.But didn't respond and picked up calls also the service centre number is also blocked.

We had registered for LG Refrigerator repair on 23rd August, 2023 and the next day Mr.Arfath from your company called and then visited our place. He checked the fridge and said the gas has to be filled and cooling coil need to be replaced. He did all the above and charged Rs.5002/- and also advised us to buy the voltage stabilizer and connect it to the fridge next day. We did that, but still refrigerator is not at all cooling. We tried to call him number of times but he is not responding. Couple of times he did respond and said he will be coming, but never turned up. We are really disappointed by the irresponsible behavior on part of your service person Mr.Arfath.

The invoice for Rs.5002/- I got to my whatsapp number is under two years warranty. Kindly do the needful and send the service engineer at the earliest to restore the working of my fridge.

we Called to whirlpool customer service but a man from A M India services came and repaired the refrigerator and charged Rs 4130 for services and repair charges and he told that we have warranty for next 2 years. after one day of service it stopped working, so we informed them regarding this but they are not answering the phone call and they didn't came for service s. please resolve the issue
