I hv been issued a of rs.74 on 30th august by amazon thru utr no. 118510 and the amount supposed to come in my account by 7th september but still not reflected in my account. I hv called customer service but they are not responding at all. So i hv to file this complaint. I hv faced these type of difficulties in getting refund by the same bank.
Requesting you to pls look into the matter.
