I was booked Dr. Vakus 3 in one pack to amazing deals through the gate payment of payu money.
The amount was successfully transacted and the amount was debited from my account.
Payu money told that amount was remitted to the merchant.
But still I didn't recv any products from the merchant side.

Pls note i have ordered dr. Vaku 3 in one pack to amazing deals through payu money on 7th sep 2020. The amount was 499 deducted my account.
But still i didn't recv any shipping details of my product. Really i upset reg this and i don't know how to contact them.
I taken the customer care numbers from website. But all number is wrong.
Sent many mail to them. But no reply. Pls let me know whether the order was booked or not

Hey, this is a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment ID[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product//Refund/Cancellation you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.

Pls note I dont have any contact details of the merchant. How can I contact.
Pls share the details.
