Amazon Digital Services Complaints & Reviews

I received my visa account summary today 8/16/18. I found a charge from amazon digital services dated 7/16/18 for $8.99. I believe that i didn't charge anything that i'm aware of on this date. Actually, i have never charged anything for amazon digital services. I went on line to my account and there were no charges on my account.

While checking my online banking i saw a charge in the amount of $2.99 that i did not authorize. I have no idea why i would be charge this amount. My husband and i both have amazon accounts and we have checked them and this amount does not show anywhere on them.

Something fraudulent is happening as i saw numerous complaints on the amazon.com/bill sight....
