I had left my car for service at Ambal Autos Dharapuram branch. I took my car after service. Then I noticed that my car didn't have a mat. Then I informed the service advisor who took my car for service. He said he will see and tell me. But he didn't say. I repeated. He did not listen to what I said except that he said that if the people who serviced the car had taken it, they would have returned it. Didn't notice after that. The service is also not good.

    This is my 3rd service for my Swift 2021 model. And second time have parked my car at service centre. The analysts not identifying respective issues and water wash not done in cleaned manner.

    Over all people not doing adequate work in service center and too lithorgical on work.

    3rd service doing twice within 2 weeks. Understand the work ability and customer satisfaction.

      I have been servicing my new celerio tour car with Ambal autos since i bought. Car is less than a year old and ihad it in Ambal for checking batteries performance on 19/09/20 and they gave a clean slate but on 01/10/20 the battery was dead after driving in the morning being stopped for may be an hour. When approached first comment from the branch there will be no claim because the head light bulbs are not from Maruti. Then they checked the entire line and disconnected car GPS saying that was the issue. After that the car battery just died every morning like clock work. From consumer point of view it just seems like they want to make me wait till the time passed so warranty period is over. Service and customer relation is degrading in Saravanan Patti branch . They gave me a clean certificate (by word) that issue is resolved and battery is good but note it doesnt work anymore. And everyone I asked for proper written reports their system didn't work..

        Dear sir,
        This is d. Jayamohan, my vechile swift dezire for 20000 km service for my vechile, i went to sri saradha ambal autos service centre, iyarhospital, coimbatore, on 8th feb 2020. After service over they delivered my vechile by evening. When i saw my vechile at morning, i was shocked!. Interior cleaning are not yet don, even small dusts are not cleaned. And wheel alignment also made there, now the stearing are in cross position. This is way of servicing maruti vehicle ah?. Only this much of service rendering by ambal autos service. Why they are offering customer for service their vechile. I don't know weather ambal autos service is worst or all maruti service is like this ah?.
        Herewith i have attached some photos of worst service rendered by ambal autos service coimbatore.

He said " sir we service your car in better, I did my job in better condition" Only this much of service rendering by Ambal Autos service. Why they are offering customer for service their vechile. I don't know weather Ambal Autos service is worst or all Maruti service is like this ah?.

          I am regularly doing service from gobi-ambal since 3+ years.
          Last week because of battery issue my car didn't get start near eeebees - gobi. (Just within 2 km from ambal service center - gobi).
          I approached for support from gobi-ambal.
          Technician came within 30 minutes with additional battery and started the car in a fraction of second.
          For this support he demanded rs. 300.
          His timely support is highly appreciable (Thanks loga). But demanding 300 rupees for the minor support is tooo much; even otherwise asked also, i would definitely gave some money for the prompt support.
          But demanding money for such works, even giving regular business to them is too cheap..
          Felt really bad...
          Now iam doubting the service provided by them till date, because of their money minded approach.
          It is recommended to look for other service centers instead.

            Dear sir,

            We have serviced coolant oil service check up leakage still not resolved, clutch changed still lack-age, air filter cap still not in stock at your service center for past two months, to so we kindly advise you to recheck properly to your service centre.

            And here due to poor service in the coolant oil leakage, temperature raises gradually in case of any issue or causes, ambal auto service is the full and full responsible.

              We went to buy omni second hands and went for final discussion ad noticed left rear side damage ad while negotiation manager behaviour is not proper and loose talks are not acceptable in back o[censored]s and we heard that as well and this is not the way a manager should behave. He should have directly spoke to us rather he was shouting to the staff makes us feel bad about maruthi and the way he behaved is very aggressive.

                I was highly disappointed that my vehicle tn 37 da 5397 was undergone i st paid service @ 15000 kms was attended by mr pradeep. Vehicle was picked and drooped by service personnel. After 10 days of service when i was driving my vehicle one fine early morning around 5 am tyre got punctured, at once i was trying to change my tyre that time only i noticed my tool kit was missed. Then i was waited till 9 am to open the local shops to do the puncture rectification. Immediately i have informed though phone to the service center and personally i went and complained to the service manager. I was told to wait after diwali then i agree with that i don;t want to disturb them. But still my problems are not resolved. I am a regular customer of ambal auto this is my 7th vehicle in my family from amabl singanallur branch. I am highly disappointed towards their attitude to the customer service. Kindly do the needful.

                  Hai lam using Maruthi swift car when I had purchased car regularly I am giving to ambal service centre coimbatore every service they remaind me and took the car but now days iam remaind them but they are avoiding not responding so please take care and take necessary action .

                    I have handed over my vehicle(TN 37 DA 5397 new Dzire, for service at your service station at Singanallur. After their service break pad got full noise and after wheel alignment outside noise is on higher side. After my complaint through phone to the customer care to that particular service center, they didn't respond properly. Kindly look into this matter, this is my 7th vehicle from Ambal for my family but day by day the quality of service is not up to the mark.

                      I had given the vehicle for accident repairs, to ambal almost 45 days back.
                      Everyday they have a reason for delay and they are not sure when the vehicle can be made ready.
                      No parts available, every thing has to be ordered and procured from
                      Their counterparts.

                      Really regret having bought the car from this dealer.

                      Will never ever go back or recommend to any body else.

                        My vehicle was serviced on 29th. While servicing some of the spares were not available now, it will be ordered and it will get on monday. But they didn't follow me about it myself i followed but they told me that it will get it on wednesday. There is no calls received from the end. Again followed by myself they blankly told me that it will take another one week. Even though i didn't get proper response from the manager again i call the manager deepak through mobile but he is not in the way to answer me properly

                          Sir,

                          I write this on behalf of my father mr. Manivannan, residing at no. 7, ganapathy nagar, thindal, erode. He had booked, baleno / petrol variant / ray blue colour on 05.01.2017 at maruti nexa showroom m/s. Ambal auto, a unit of sree saradhambal automobiles erode (P) ltd, perundurai road, erode. Booking receipt no. 376 and proforma invoice no 189.in the booking registration form, they had specifically mentioned that the waiting period on booking is 24 months (In email as 22 months), and blatantly promised that, they would provide the car in maximum of four months time. The waitlist they mentioned at the time of booking was 11.

                          To my dismay, past the orally committed deadline the response from mr. Prabhu, relationship manager and mr. S. Sandeep was very much disappointing. I repeatedly receive an prefixed age-old plain email containing no useful update on the status of car (Mail correspondence attached) on 22nd march, 4th april, 9th may and 9th june. They just forward the same mail repeatedly in spite of my request to update proper information.

                          Every time, i stress upon the status, they move my waitlist few places lower and finally, it came to one. Now at this juncture, mr. Prabhu, relationship manager had orally communicated on 21.06.2017 that, the car cannot be delivered in the committed timeframe.

                          My troubled concerns are
                          1. I suspect foul-play in swapping waitlist order which is evident from the response they give every time.
                          2. They had communicated my priority/waitlist no as 2 on 22nd march, 2017. I wonder whether they would receive just only one car (They claim its their flagship color variant and model) during the entire period?

                          With the deepest sense of disappointment, i write this addressing key persons of nexa showroom network and m/s. Ambal auto dealers, seeking their intervention in resolving the issue, to provide me clarity on the credibility of waitlist order that it has not been circumvented by the afore mentioned dealer.

                            I have given my Maruti 800 for service, water boiling issue in radiator. Local service center i enquired, They said it will come's around Rs. 2000.

                            I thought ambal is good for service in maruti car's and spares. Ambal given me the quotation for 4, 500 to make every thing clear. i said proceed further.

                            After 2 day's they said to change every thing and it will comes around 25, 000.

                            After i visit to service center no need service i want to take my car back, They already removed the radiator and broken some parts while removing radiator.The person said after make ready only you may take your car back.

                            I said as per the quotation please proceed don't put extra or part's. finally they charged Rs. 8000 and problem not yet resolved. again they are asking give one more 10, 000 to make everything clear.

                            The result they are saying after changing some spares only we know the problem.

                            My Questions:

                            1. Why you put quotation / job sheet ?
                            2. Why no experienced service technician's ?
                            3. Why asking more money after given the car for service ?
                            4. Why they not given my car back after i said no service need ?

                            Note: After i given the car to local service center to make my car ready, They said Ambal changed some parts ant it will worth around 1800 and they spoiled head and engine.

                            I want to know why they are charged 8000 and problem not resolved.

                              Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased a Maruti Alto - K10 on 21.06.2013. That car was delivered with Bridgestone tubeless tyres. On 04.04.2015, myself and my family members were moving towards Anthiyur for a family function. When we were crossing the village Paruvachi, the tyre at the right rear got burst. By God's grace, I have controlled the car and have avoided a collision with a bus. With the help of the spare tyre, I have reached the place. On 06.04.2015, I have contacted the Ambal showroom at Erode for this issue and have brought the burst tyre to the showroom as I have been advised for it. Your people has checked the tyre and has told that the tyre was burst hence it was driven without air. Since, we have planned for the trip earlier and the car has been thoroughly checked in all aspects hence I was taking my family with me. All the tyres were filled with correct level of air and there was no chance for it. And your personnel has denied for replacing the same. Actually the problem was with the tyre and I don't know what were the technical reasons behind this. Since, the tyre was maintained properly as stipulated and there was no lackness on our part. The problem was only with the tyre, so please do the needful to replace the tyre with a new one. I hope that the issue will be addressed it a proper way. Thanking you!                                 we had purchased from your dealer AMBAL AUTO COIMBATORE Maruti swift zdi car on exchange offer by Indica car on 09.10.2013 throw your sales executive Mr.Ashok kumar and Nanda Kumar . At the begin its self the engine noise is higher than other Maruti same car (at the time of starting) and the steering. is hard while driving even though it is power steering

                                so we hand over the car to the dealer immediately(next day morning 10.010.2013) .we communicated the problem to your Mr.Ashok kumar .-He had tested to the car to dealer work shop and said no trouble in the car

                                we are not accepting the same - pl help us or by give assurance that this problem will not happen in future -If comes the who will take resp on for it

                                Last month I booked calorie in ambal auto Ooty branch due to delayness and meantime my working concern provide viechele, so I cancel the booking and requested for refund with your form including my bank pass book, but still iam not get my refund amount five thousand after one month, pls advice, and clear my refund asap

I booked swift ldi from Ambal auto eode by paying 1,00,000rs advance on 24/02/2010 they promice me to give a delivery with in 1month Now when I call him he says the same will take another 2months.I feel like take some legal action against them. If someone could help with numbers of senior Maruti officials that would be really great.so i request you to look after ny complain
