I will register a case on this website, I got old and damaged products its doing fraud with customers...

I ordered online a kurti set of rupees 799 but I received old and damaged product . This website is totally fraud no return policy, customer care number ([protected]). I want my money back and return this product

I called this number ([protected]) they picked my call and they said you will raise complaint after that you will get money. After that they are not picking up the call. Please help me to get my money back
