Ambraee Complaints & Reviews

I had ordered a kurti set from Ambraee on 19th Nov’23 and had been in constant touch with them ever since. For the 1st one month they kept telling that the order will be dispatched in 4-5 days but that never happened. After 1month of the order when I lodged my complaint with the consumer complaints, they called me and said that the order has been cancelled and they can provide me with the refund. Although the refund procedure involved a voucher that will be provided via a bank transaction which involves ‘Cashless Card Withdrawal’. This company is fraud and has been doing this with a lot of people who keep complaining about the same all over the social media. Please beware of this fraudster and do not purchase anything from them.

I ordered a white kurti set from Ambraee on 19th Nov 2023 and today is 12th Dec 2033 still they keep telling me ‘delay due to unforeseen circumstances’. I have noticed so many other women also complaint about the same that they never got their order deliver on their posts on Instagram.

I ordered two suits. One of them was of worst quality and got torn easily by hand. They will never respond to your complaint. They are running a fraud company to loot innocent people's money.
