Battery under warranty is not replaced by dealer
Battery was purchased on 9/10/21 with 2.5 months of warranty but now dealer is refusing please help

Sir I purchased a battery on 12/01/2022 at Ragahava battery trichy 18 months warranty for that battery today is 20/06/2023 my battery is under warranty period but my dealer unable to replace my battery

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am facing real trouble with my vehicle battery which was purchased on 30-Nov-2020 with a 3 years replacement guarantee.

Now I need a replacement of that battery as soon as possible.

I have bought battery from the shop when I get the problem with the battery the shop. Person said it will not replace...
Kindly request you to replace the battery...

My battery got damaged and it is in warranty. When i went there they are saying the company has shut down. so when i asked them for replacement they are saying we cannot replace as the company has shut down and they are asking for 800 extra to replace the battery when the battery is in warranty.
i want new battery in warranty.
plz solve my issue as soon as possible

I bought a two-wheeler AMCO battery on 31st Dec 2019.

Model number: CATZ5LB
Serial number: 1B005Y0222480ZK9

This has a warranty period of 30 months, it means it is in warranty as of today. The battery is down and this has to be replaced with a new battery.

I bought this from KMS motors, Bhavani and wanted someone to help replace the battery in any of the branches...

I've purchased amco battery for my bike I've failed to collect the warranty card from my dealer. It is said that the battery has 2 years warranty and my battery has shown some complaints within the time period, when i went to the dealer to claim warranty he said that replacement cannot be done due to failure of providing the warranty card.Now i cannot use my vehicle due to this issue. I kindly request you to please look into this matter
