I recently bought vehicle and it's not functioning properly

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Ampere Magnus Pro Scooter last year i.e on 22/04/2021.
And from then even after 2-3 times servicing from the authorised dealer(Raja Motors, Ramgarh Jharkhand) my scooter battery is not getting proper mileage, it hardly runs for 15-20km/charge, where as officially company claimes 60km/charge.

So, Kindly look into it and provide effective solution.

I got one ampere rio e-bike on august, 2019...
just after completion of 1year, the battery deteriorated totally and giving only 10-15km/charge mileage instead of 35-40km/charge,
While buying, company said minimum 2-3years a battery will run, thats why i got it,
2 months back company charged rs 250/- rs even in my free servicing period because they had to check my battery it seems.
Then what did they check?
And why did they charge me even during free servicing just for battery checking purpose?
Really pathetic product and service.
