Thank you Savitha & Prahaat, I was dreaming to book one, trusting my colleague as he has chosen a flat at Chandapura, and going to book soon. I would warn him and my self. Its better to know about the builders trust, building quality and etc..., cause i am not in India to visit my self and verify the documents. I have to be trusted some one close to me. So, it would help me to have better idea to avoid later drama's.

How do you see their construction quality? locality?

Is your complaint only about possesion? or Aren't they staying on their promises?

As I visited the site, and saw 40-45% construction was already done . and they have commited to give postion by nov-2014..
As I heared lot from previous mail chain about Manjunath . But seeing from surya city project its seems like they willl complete it by 2014...
Should I go for this or not? Please guide me correctly..
