Amrit Pharmacy Pgi Chandigarh Nehru Hospital Complaints & Reviews
Not giving medication on time and misbehaving with patients
To whom it may concern
My mother is a cancer patient and we are getting her medication through himcare card. For last one year we we’re getting medications on time but recently PGI pharmacy ties contract with Amrit Pharmacy and for last 2 months we aren’t getting medication on time.
1) They called us three days continuously and kept us waiting for whole day, at last we have ended us to arrange medicine by us own which is very costly.
2) The staff is very rude and not even listening about urgency of patients.
3) Market cost of injection is 17500 but they are creating a bill for 20000.
Kindly look into this matter as Cancer medicine cannot be delayed as it will affect the patients health.
Please take necessary actions.
Thank you

Amrit pharmacy, govt. Managed pharmacy for needy people, harassing in pgi chandigarh.
They don't have idea how to talk and how to manage things in counter.
It's totally wastage of time to stand and wait for your turn, in the end their reply is "we don't have this medicine or always talk about some kind of correction in paper and documents."
Either ayushman patient or staff members in pgi.
Unable to understand, this is for comfort and convenience of people or to trouble them
Government or pgi management should intervien to this and take strict actions against it.

Amrit pharmacy, govt. Managed pharmacy for...1
I am not complaining regarding ATMs cash. The problem is with Pharmacy like how in these digital India, they are still dependent on cash only. And due to unavailability of cash at that times, they still asked for cash. This is highly inappropriate and i would like if authorities of Amrit Pharmacy takes an immediate action on changing their policy so that people could not face this issue in uncertain times.
