Anandaloke Multi Specialty Hospital Complaints & Reviews

I had admitted my father on 31st Jan'22 due to unconscious state and CLD. unfortunately the next day his covid report was positive hence he was shifted to Isolation ward where we did not get to see him for 7 days. After 7 days we decided to shift him to some other Hospital and got him discharged. The discharge certificate stated a cellulite in his left hand which was not there while admission.
My father's body was free of all external injuries and scars on admission.
Now this cellulite has become intense and has infected other parts of his body.
I want a compensation from the Hospital for my father's treatment.

It is very unfortunate that i have been ill treated by dr ak sasmal in anandaloke hospital in siliguri while went for chek up. Due to knee injury i appeared before him after all the procedure and payment. How a doctor call a patient in abusive language like # nonsence etc. While searching for a complaint box i came to know that no complain box is available there. Even no one is there to hear us. Very very disappointed.
