This is regarding cheque book charges being collected APGVB bank for issuing CTS cheque book in lieu of old cheque book for the savings bank holders. No other bank had collected like this from the public. CTS Cheque Book should be given free in place of old cheque book. Already they are charging for regular cheque books....
