As per GO - WDCW MS23, jobs should give priority to "Blindness or Low Vision"
But in Andhra Pradesh, APPSC Management given priority to 40% disabled in Blind. They completely ignored fully Blind (disability in 100%). I sent GO to APPSC secretary and spoke with them several times.. but they are not listening our words.
40% disabled candidate can write the exam independently. But 100% disabled person required scribe to write the exam

I can say this is fraud.
How can I get justice. Whom to contact on this

I have the message of successful payment as a proof. If it is required to pay the fee again then i am ready for it.
