This was the case for the month of May/June.

I appreciate Mansi for her assistance and helping us to get the loan of the sum amount.
For which she has informed that the commission part for the approved loan would be disbursed in the month of Aug 2023.

Ever since then I have been following up with her on this where she has been giving multiple dates month after month.
Finally to which I was promised in October the money would be disbursed.

But the promise stood false even in that month, then I was promised about the commission to be given to me in Nov, 2023. Which again
she failed to disbureded.

Then she came up and said that the disbursement of my commission was done to someone else. Which sounded completely fishy as I
was regularly following up with her. Her excuse was not accepted but then she said that her colleague who has made an error and the amount
would be disbursed in Dec. but the false promises continue.

Inspoiste of asking her to provide me with her senior nos. She didn't care and kept avoiding the topic and never shared anyones nos.
I had to wait like a fool because she was on leave and she couldn't do the needful, why should anyone care about anyone's personal life.
Why cant work get completed as the processes are designed to do so and not depend on people.

On 13th Dec, where she has given me a written communication of disbursing the amount which again was false and her false promise continued.

Again I have been following up with her ever since 27th Dec, where I was supposed to get the commission but the same has never ever come.

This is how you all function in finance, then it really thrills me.

The employees are harassing people who are getting business for you all, and then the back end unknown drama is going to cover up.

I am finally writing this to you all as I am tired of calling her multiple times to which she doesn't bother to reply or call back as she comes with reasons like I am busy.

I am not calling her to gossip or chit chat. she doesn't bother to reply to texts and keep up the timeline on call back which she promises.

All this has really turned my tempere to which I had an abusive verbal and written conversation, where I am truly sorry. But this part of me was forced by her again.

On Saturday, 30th I was told I am getting the disbursement on Monday, following on Monday it went to Tuesday and now from Tuesday it has gone to another 4/5 days.

Now that Iam trust and patience has completely run out, hence I am writing this email.

My next step would be taking this to legal and see how far this needs to be taken for which I am now open to fight and have time to make this as ugly ort nasty as it can get.

I'm open to police complaints for false promises and other stuff.

This complaint is on andromeda ( mr vaibhav patkar )...Employee of andromeda...

Niyat me itni khot hai k ... ( i started working on referal business ... I did one file ...45 days passed but as assurance give no payout released by vaibhav patkar ( his no is [protected] )...

Such a ### guy ...Mr rahul sir ...Head in andromeda should take some strict action on begger type employee...( here vaibhav patkar )...

Now complaint only that he ate my payout for his family enjoyment...Which i should get

As on 11th February, 2010, I, Mr, chirag Shantilal Kothari has given my documents for a loan application from hdfc bank after receipt of call from Mr. Nikkon who told that he is an employee of andromeda...

But till the date inspite of several calls and submission of all the documents no verficiation call has been received...

Mr. nikkon told me as on 24th february, 2010... a mail has been to me by the manager... when i checked my inbox there was no mail from andromeda managers...mr. nikkon gave a stupid excuse that the mail has bounced....

from 16th february, 2010 he has been giving excuses that file has been logged in but till the date we have not received any message... as was assured my mr. nikkon.

Again as on 24th february, 2010 as is mentality of indian. he said that we are returning your documents... as i am asking questions of which he is not having reply. he also refused to give name of the manager of andromeda with whom we can talk and also the name of the manager from whose id mail was sent and has bounced.

the documents are in the possession of andromeda from last 15 days and it is clear that the same has been collected for the purpose of foregery and producing the same as a gurantor for others or may be as a co-applicant... all this are being done with the documents..

In the name of verification call, a call was received from ankita..she told she is an employee of hdfc bank and this is a verification call... she was answering to my questions after listening to someone in back side... the no. is of andromeda only...mr, nikkon told that she is a new employee and she is not having so much experience... wow great way of managing a dsa...

As per mr. Sachin, documents are logged in within a period of maximum 3 days and an immediate sms goes to the customer.. till the date i have not received any verification call and any sms as assured by mr. nikkon...

I have 16 banks credit cards and have many loans in the past and my cibil report is clear cut... cheque bounce in the account are of parties and not mine... your managers dont even know the different between inward and outward cheque bounces...

I and Miss Dhara manharlal sheth who also have given her documents are calling everyday from 16th feb, 2010 to mr. nikkon...he is everytime giving strange excuses..

(a) customers ko call karna nahi aata
(b) mail bhejana nahi aata. yahoo gives unlimited inbox capacity mails...bounce nahi hote... before saying anything..see first before whom you are speaking...
(c) last mein hath uper karne ka.... great indian way of working..

you may be working for timepass and doing all this jhols with customer documents. After doing timepass for 15 days with the documents, mr. nikkon is saying that you can take back your documents...

We told him that manager of the branch should call us..then he told no one will call...

Kindly give a details explainantion what was being done with the documents in the last 15 days... and give a copy of the mail which has bounced as per mr. nikkon...

Kindly take action against mr. nikkon, the manager who sent us the mail...and miss ankita... if you dont want to take action...by thinking that this matters dont fall under the banking regulation, then you are highly mistaken...

If the documents are not processed, we have clearly told at the time of submission, then dont take them for timepass...

Now your officers are saying we are being rude to them... aapko baat karne ka tarika nahi aata... bhaisab 15 din se baat hi chal rahi hai...tumko kaam karne ka tarika aata hai kyaa... just for showing to your managers you are taking docuements....

Kindly return my documents with a letter from your branch manager with regard to late processing of the documents... and with regard to the committment given by your executives..

If no reply is being made..the same will be sent to nodal officers of hdfc bank.... and rbi ombudsman. take care...bye...

We Manjunath & Sadiq booked for a Dio Bike on 9th July 2008 in City Honda, St.Marks Rd, Branch, B'lore. one Mr.Karthik from HDFC Bank was following regarding my loan & i made my down payment & all my cheques also given to him on 22nd July 2008, when i booked on 9th they said you will get the loan by 3days but today is 31st July & i received a compliant from Mr.Saravanan Murthy (D.S.T Manager) Cityhonda St.Marks Rd, Branch, B'lore stating that my loan payment is still not released from HDFC Bank & they don’t know the reason why.

I seriously don’t understand why you people are making so delay. If the problem is with your Executive Mr.Karthik means bloody [censored] off such staffs from your Bank or if the problem is with Bank I don’t need such service at all. Please cancel my loan and give back my down payment Amount what ever I paid. I never expected such service from your HDFC Bank. I am an Admin of Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd. We had a plan to open a Salary edge Account for Staffs of Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd But after seeing such service from your side I don’t need the Loan or any service from HDFC. This compliant is sent to all Pvt Bank’s of Bangalore all Branches.
Now I my self called and confirmed that my vehicle payment has been released on 2nd August 2008 but still one Mr. Sunil from Cityhonda, St.Marks Rd, Branch, B'lore is saying that still we dint receive the cheque from HDFC Bank I really don’t know whom should I contact & he is saying that if he receives the cheque now I mean 12:30pm on 04/08/2008 also he cant send for registration because no staffs to make a file ready or send for registration. Its very very poor service for customers from City Honda, St.Marks Rd, Branch, B'lore. I need a clarification on this immediately or tell me whom should I contact for this issue??????????????????

Don’t you people feel shame to have such staffs in concern?
