ola overcharged significantly on outstation taxi
I had traveled from vizag to a location around 75 km from my pick up location. I was dropped back at the same location after around 9 hours of total travel time. The total distance traveled in the return journey was around 155 km. However, apparently, due to some error committed by the driver in entering odometer readings i was invoiced for 418 km. Part of the money was taken from my ola money wallet and part of it charged on post paid account. I have been complaining since the day of journey but it has still not been resolved.

Today at around 1.10pm i started my journy from borivali west for lodha palava city kalyan shil phata. ideally it shloud take 1 hour to reach but because o[censored]neducated, silly, arrogant driver i reached destination after 3 hours. driver was not attending phone calls also for guidance of route of sales people of who know that driver not finding desired destination of lodha palava. driver aslam khan refused to take help on call for route guidance and continued to travel here and there wrong places which was very irresponsible and irritating. also the sales manager mr saroj sarangi who has booked the car not shared me booking id for making complaint of this irresponsible driver.

Wrong bill

Hi Team,
I booked a drop from airport (cab) under their scheme of 399/- on their website. But at the end of journey I was forced to pay 770+ 30 rupees(30 as toll tax). I was not given any bill also. I called up customer care they told my booking was not under scheme as I did an online booking. I have availed the same offer at many instances before as well.
I called up customer care again and they told me they would charge 494/- as per policy. even per policy it would be 460. The late charges they put , when the delay happened becuase of the driver. I waited for the driver for almost 20 minutes.
Please help me get back my money.
