I have posted my house for lease on olx. in. I received a message from a guy named Aniket Vijay Kalbhor.
Nowadays Indian army names are used for all kinds of fraudulent activities....

This person is a fraud. He has shelved by 5000 Rs. by posing as military person and urgently selling his furniture.

He first asked token amount, then asked me to transfer GST amount and later told me to send the GST + Other amount.

It is a big fraud, since the amounts are less than 10000 it is not getting surfaced.

Mobile Nos they used [protected] / [protected]...

Please help me

I had a conversation on call to visit one of his properties from housing.com. I reached near the property location but he didn't give me the extract address details. Instead he called me and asked me to transfer him 2000 rs for visitor pass. Then later on he asked me to transfer 4100. and the later on again he asked me to transfer 6000 rs to refund 4100 and 2000 rs. I asked him to refund or else I will file a complaint but he simply refused...

A person called me introducing himself as ANIKET, an ARMY officer and told me that he got my contact from OLX and wanting to live in my house as rent and willing to pay the deposit in advance. He shared me Id and photo named Aniket(CISF) to me last night. He asked for my id and google pay No. I shared my adhar and gpay no. But I was having doubts and searched his name in google. Luckily I then got to know that this person is doing frauds...

Recently saw multiple complaints about Aniket Vijay. Informed as working in CISF and getting transferred to Chennai. He will inform you that he will transfer rent deposit by Google pay or other form but not bank transfer. He will ask to transfer one rupee and then transfer same to you. After that he will make you to transfer higher amount and money lost. Despite many complaints not sure why MagicBrick not blocked his account....
