I have visited rml hospital on 28.11.18 at 9 am, i have noticed that in all the opd windows they have not locked their rooms and entertaining the without queue persons while persons who are sitting int he queue are waiting hours. Especially window no. 2 is entertaining (Making opd slips) the persons without queue inside the room when objected he scolded me saying stand up quitely. And outside the opd windows no security man where present there and people are fighting each others. Opd window staffs and securitymen posted there are only working the duty of their near and dear. Kindly take stern action and if possible kindly past some telephone numbers in case of irregularity occurred there.

M[protected] and tell me that the issue is resolve 7 working days but the till date the amount of rs. 4000/- is not credit in my account.

Hi, after completion of filing up my application for nios d. Eled system - teacher section. I made the payment of fees through debit card, united bank of india. The amount rs 4553.1 got deducted three times from my account but payment of fees was not made. Please look into the matter and fix the issue. Nios reference no. D[protected]. R/ Sir, I had purchased a 0.75 window A/C from City Electronics, Shop No. 939, gurudwara Road, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi 110003, Purchased Bill No. 17475 Dated 10/05/2015. (Phone No: [protected] & [protected]). This A/C was financed by your "Bajaj Finance". The Hire Purchase Finance agreement No is 4010CD09822597 Dated 16/05/2015. The executive sitting at shop on behalf of bajaj Finance told me that if I pay Rs. 300/- extra then the bajaj finance provide me a CARD which will help me for future finance without producing any Identity like income & address etc... I paid Rs. 300/- to the bajaj executive. He told me that I will get my card through Currier service within 03 months. Now there are complete recovery of my finance loan have been done but I not yet received that Card. Kindly look into the matter please. The water meter has collected moisture as a result the meter readings are not being taken.I am being charged for higher water consumption on some average basis where as we are only two o[censored]s staying in our flat and actual consumption is lower than being charged.You are requested to take immediate action for meter replacement.I shall be thankful for prompt action.

My DDA housing application was not successful and I am still waiting for my money back into my account. I do the payment of DDA from my ICICI branch in Greater Kailash and submitted my DDA application. As per results of DDA in November'14 my application was not short listed and I should get my money back into my ICICI Greater Kailash branch ASAP. I am a employee of The New India Assurance Co. Limited and I have applied for PAn and the department had allotted PAN ADKPK0560C vide their letter dated 13.06.2001 at my residential address at Muzaffarnagar and I am filling my return regularly to Income Tax Department.

"PAN provided in your request for 'New PAN card and/or Change/Correction in PAN Data' has been deleted / deactivated by Income Tax Department and is under examination at ITD."

I contact to your Department at Muzaffarnagar and they have verbally told me that your name and father's name also match with PAN No. AKMPK8113A under ITO Ward 2(3) at Ghaziabad.

In above case Name and father's name are matched bu I think DOB are not matched. I also informed you that I never resided at Ghaziabad and served at Ghaziabad. I am the resident of Muzaffarnagar and submit my return to ITO, Muzaffarnagar.

you are requested that kindly activate my above card. The necessary documents are attached with the grievance.
