Hello sir,
I received a call dtd.[protected] from ank business solutions giving an offer of cashback on credit card of sbi and compelled me to do the payment of inr 7000/- for activation of an offer. I did payment and now they are not reachable and i feels its a fraud call,
Request you to take an action so that no new customer will face such fraud and help me to retrieve payment done.

This is a fraud call, here SBI claims to be a card holder and we promise to remove a coupon, you will get a coupon, through this it is a fraud call, it transfers money from your credit card to your account and we get Nothing gets any voucher nor any kid. All this is planned to cheat a person. ₹ 6300 or ₹ 6900 is deducted from his account and later on we get We have to pay. We get nothing. It is only and only fraud. It is being fraudulent with us. SBI Bank or any other bank claims to be.

Caller claims to be from sbi credit card team. Gives details of the offer that is activated on the sbi credit card!
Offer goes like "inr 6300 per year, to be paid in advance. 10-20 % cashback for every purchase whether via sbi or any other card or cash. Details of the claim process to be received in kit via post/courier. Will get kit with coupans and products. Send msg otp xxxx to5676791 to receive otp. Xxxx is last 4 digits of credit card. Would call back in 5 min to verify ur request (You are being tricked to share the otp)." in some time, representative calls back, pretend to transfer the call to verification dept. Clearly heard the the verification department sits next to him. Phone is handed to other person. Other person - "this call is being recorded.. Blah blah.. Are u clear with the offerings. U havr to pay 6300 in one go for a yr. First payment of every month to get charged as 530 inr of service fees. All subsequent bills to receive cashback in the cc bill itself. Sends sms with link for payment." i received the msg as follow.

At this point, my doubt is crystal clear. No bank/crrdit card ask for the payment via third party.
I deny payment on call as the representative falsely claimed to be sbi representative. Kindly take the action against such finishing and fraud houses and enterprises. Beware and don't fail pray.

I got call in october 2017 from a person, name rahul gupta, he was offering me cash back of 10-20% on shopping. This cash back was offered by 24 shopping bazaar, new delhi. But there are limited item and varietis which are not fulfil our requirement. So all coupons are useless. And rs.6000/- deducted from my account. This ty i had asked cash back scheme details, then at that time they told me there is no any amount for this service and entitlement for this scheme you have to provide any expenses bill whether payment have been made through cash, debit card or credit card. I have asked that what is your organization’s benefit to give such cash back scheme. They had told me that there is a tie-up with sbi credit card dept. And we provide services for credit card company. Please do need for.
