I had ordered 2 dresses and was told it would be delivered in 25 days. My order was placed on 5th April and it’s been 4.5 months still there has been no delivery whereas she is continuously taking new orders. She even lied once that my order has been dispatched and that also has been more than 3 months to that....

I placed an order with them in December 2023. Still following up with the lady as on April 2024.

First she promised I will get in January 2024.

Then she APPARENTLY dispatched it and sent a picture which was supposed to stay till 10 seconds. On checking with their delivery vendor, I was informed that they never received an order. I had an argument where in the lady’s ego spoke out, and told me they’ll refund the amount for both the parties good.

To the refund there was another condition, that they’ll do it after the financial year closing, so I waited.

On following up on the refund, they asked me to swap whatever i picked earlier to new products. And they do not have a refund process. The number of lies they have spoke are immeasurable.

The new products were as [censored] as their intention to refund.

I do not understand the lies and convenience at which these evils are speaking the same. Like they’re trying all that it takes to LOOK authentic on their social media.

I so want to do something that they shut them up forever. As this has been way beyond to even bear.
