959+959=1918 deducted from my account and i had received sms from bank for deduction towards payment to flipkart. But item is not appearing in order list and no sms received from flipkart for confirmation of order. Deducted 2 Times..Return My Amount..i dont need Flipkart Products....

i bought a few grocery Items from Big Bazaar Chandigarh(Elante Mall) on 11/01/2015 between 9:30 - 10 pm. My total bill was of Rs 573.68 but my card was swiped twice and additional amount of Rs 574 was deducted from my account due to the carelessness of the employees at the payment desk. Please transfer the excess amount into my account asap....
