Gym Shut

I took one year membership of Anytime fitness in June 2022. Around November, the gym was shut, I never received any email or text but my friends at the gym told me they had received an sms stating the franchise owners have legal issues with the anytime fitness brand hence they are changing their Branding to Rhino Gym. Later that was also out on hold and the Gym was shut permanently without any notice. I called other anytime centre but they refused to let me workout there as this membership was not being entertained by other franchise of Anytime fitness. We are scammed by both.
The franchise owners are not answering their phones. Please help, I lost my 6 months of membership.

So me and my friend took a 6 month membership of Anytime fitness in November 2022. After a month we got an email and sms stating the franchise owners have legal issues with the anytime fitness brand hence they are changing their Branding. Later that was also out on hold and now another month later the Gym is shut and we can't even go to workout at other centres as this membership is not being entertained by other franchise of Anytime fitness. We are scammed by both.
The franchise owners are not answering their phones. This has created health issues for both me and my friend. Please help us.

I joined the gym in the month of nov 2018 by paying an amount of 18000 inr. The gym claims to provide access to its gym pan india and the membership can be transferred from one club to another. Now when i approached them to transfer my membership from kolkata to noida branch, they say that they do not have my payment records in their software even though i am providing the bill.
Also, they are asking for an amount of 2000 inr because they renovated their gym.

earpods complaint defective and cheap quality

I received deffected earpods on 5th december and i raise the request of return 6th time but no one is responding please return my earpods and give my money back or i have to go to the local police station for registering a complaint of fake and deffected product and company is not returning and no one is responding

Hi,
This is my membership ID 4986545. I joined in 30th April 2015, however due to some physical problem my doctor suggested me to avoid exercise for this year. I informed Sandeep and Mr Khasyap But they both are fraud they are there to make fake promises. I have submitted Rs.16, 500 and at the time of generating the sales revenue they didn’t inform me about the polices they didn’t talk anything about policy, I have a proof of that too one of my friend is there she joined with me. Sandeep asked me to send the prescription I don’t why, when he hadn’t have the resolution then why the hell he was asking me to send many details proof he was making fool. I will not sit quite, I already rose the complain consumer forum the number is 6211312. Sandeep irritated me I always used to say that will call you back but he never called me back I had to after them every time. This kind of service are providing to the customer. This is ridiculous. I asked Sandeep to transfer this membership to my cousin with adding the 4 months which you people wasted in formalities; he said this can’t be done. If this can’t be done return my whole amount otherwise come to the court of the same. I will post the complain to the malviya nagar address and head office too.

Anytime Fitness — Phone dead
R/S,As we are into the service providing industry(health club) and our phone is been dead from 21/04/2010 afternoon due to which we are facing lots of problem.
Kindly look into the matter and try to solve it at earliest.

Exactly the same case with me and 2 of my friends. All 3 o[censored]s joined early May and paid the 10 year fee. After going there for just over a week it was closed down. Very costly workout 7720 for a week. Almost Rs 1000 per day :(
One of my friends did not manage to go even for a single day. In the SMS they say that on members request they are closing for maintenance. None of the guys I know had requested anything. Cheap liars. I was a bit skeptical when I saw the notice as I wondered why they need 2 weeks for maintenance. I would have thought that it would be a couple of hours work to fix a machine or two. In the last few days I also saw notices saying pay for 4 months in advance and get 2 months free. Pay for 8 months and get 4 months free. They obviously wanted to loot as much as they could before running away. I am really sad not because of losing the money but because I really had started enjoying the gym as the facilities were really good

He will definitely know where the owners are. What a cool way to cheat educated masses. I'm impressed by the owners smart way of cheating. If Pune and Jallandhar gyms are also closed, then I think we'll find owners in newzealand or holland.

This gym is disgusting especially its racist attitude towards its customers and to ignore the basic things. All this can be let out of sight if not loud statement of administration, "we are better than 48 fitness" and "within the walls of our gym will never happen what happened in the 48 Fitness". When my husband and I came to him, the bitter experience of the above gym once asked about a few points of concern to us:
1. Split
2. Instructor gym which provides customer support during the occupation of weight (not a personal trainer), and
3. the most important fact for me the possibility of a normal workout without hearing the singing and laughing hyenas and sexual groans of animals, which is what most of the customers of the gym. We assured that none of this will happen in the first few days so it was ... but ... everything was full of lies ...
in the gym is not ventilated, run machine vehicles can often see the dirty napkins, which leads to conclusion, this gym is not clean and hygiene there is not heard. in the women's restroom constantly hanging someone's clothes as if it's a personal room of individual persons. in spite of the instructions where it is written that the phone calls are prohibited in cardio zone, the administration has given nothing to shut up and put in place its customers. TVs are locked English-language channels. training area is small and all the machines are used as supports and shelves that are very disgusting and interferes with the normal training. area for changing shoes are almost always occupied by those who read newspapers and interfere with their protein shakes. of good if shouting loudly and many times ask that you include split. Internet doesn't replace the operating channels still working. Men's washrooms always occupied by trainers.. for personal misuse even at times just for chatting.
running sheep imagine themselves coaches coming to the new gym is always smear his past jobs, luring new customers in the new gym ... one of those coaches Gopal who left job "48 fitness" and starting with a clean state in Anytime Fitness. That it came across my husband and I crossed the threshold Anytime. This instructor had given us a guarantee that this gym all the friends, but in the end he could not turn and shut his pupils during her 45 minute phone call! On the treadmill! Anytime Fitness Trainers do not know anything about the professional training, of the spirit and of what kind of atmosphere should prevail on the training ground. -1 To all the staff of the gym.
I love to train. I love sports people and those who enjoy the process of training, but the Anytime Fitness is so not professional in their field, they do not know the most basic rules of order and work in the territory of the gym.
Conclusion: In this gym there are liars hypocrites, not professionals, and racists. workers are not interested in anything, including the reputation of the office mid-level, or even lower. Representatives of the Indian branch of "Anytime Fitness" spoil the name of the entire franchise, and irreversibly destroy the reputation of a good gym-proven worldwide.
