I have applied for passport in April 2010. My police verification was done twice but still my passport status says "Police report incomplete and case is being examined"
My first inquiry was done in Aug 2010 and second in Jan 2011. but still the passport status is not being changed. I need very urgently....

My Passport File No is H01497410. For the last one and a half month the status when enquired is being shown as follows :-
"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time ".
As Iam in need of the passport as early as possible and it has already been 4 months since...
