Apollo Pharmacy Online Complaints & Reviews

I had ordered medicines in apollo 24/7 mobile app and the amount was paid. The order id[protected] and[protected]. I ordered in one stroke only. I have not asked for early delivery also. Thye on their own split the order and delivered part item on 2.7.2024 and now saying they are already delivered the balance.
They are asking for delivery code while delivering. Then how the medicines might have delivered. The total amount is Rs. 2703.

I am Akshaykumar Salimath, resident of Hubli, Karnataka. I had placed an online order for 10 pack (100 tablets) Rocaltrol 0.25mcg tablets (ORDER #[protected] on April 30 after making full payment. Sadly I received only 58 tablets and the package looked untidy. I placed an online complaint and also sent an email to the Helpdesk but my issue is not yet resolved. It is a prescribed tablet for my wife and it is really sad to know that Apollo is so poor in handling orders. It is shocking to see that the bill attached to the package mentions 10 strips but inside there are only 5 full strips and one cut strip. Every time the Apollo helpdesk ask me for invoice and never address the issue. The tablets are expensive and I request for either refund or delivery of remaining tablets as soon as possible.
